Terrace Court Event Center

Terrace Court at River Terrace Inn is our private and exclusive onsite event center conveniently located adjacent to the hotel. With venues able to accommodate 14 -160 guests, and over 3500 square feet of meeting and event space there are unlimited possibilities for your group event needs.

Terrace Court – Premier Cru Boardroom

Gather around our warm Napa country style wooden farm table. Featuring 14 ft ceiling and accented with a stunning, backlit wine cellar glass wall, the Premier Cru Boardroom is our most popular venue for small meetings and retreats.

Terrace Court – Main Dining Room

As our largest separate space in Terrace Court, the Main Dining Room at 860 square feet can accommodate 70 guests at rounds or 52 guests for a classroom setting. With natural light and floor to ceiling doors that open into our courtyard, it exemplifies nontraditional meeting space.

Terrace Court – Grand Cru Room

Ruggedly elegant décor featuring vaulted ceilings and a cozy wood fireplace, the Grand Cru Room will seat your group of up to 50 guests comfortably. Larger parties can be accommodated by utilizing our Courtyard and adjacent patios.

Terrace Court – Courtyard

The natural gathering space of Terrace Court, our Courtyard is centrally located in between the other spaces of the event center and boasts a slate fire pit that is the highlight of any evening event. Also ideal for lunches, its open air outdoor setting is perfect to break up your daily meeting routine.

Terrace Court – Lounge

With a built in bar and working fireplace the Lounge lends itself effortlessly to entertaining. A perfect location for a Napa Valley wine tasting break or used in conjunction with our Courtyard for the picture-perfect welcome reception the Lounge is a cozy and comfy space epitomizing rustic charm.

Terrace Conference Room

This stylish conference room features 780 square feet of meeting and event space and French doors leading to the Outdoor Terrace. It is the perfect blend of natural sophistication and modern convenience. Terrace Conference Room can accommodate up to 60 guests for a variety of events and group functions and features a built in drop down screen for AV needs.

Executive Boardroom

Sporting 236 square feet of sleek meeting space, plush executive leather chairs, the Executive Boardroom is a high-tech environment for powerhouse board meetings, think-tanks and roundtables for up to 10 people.

Fireplace Room

The Fireplace Room is a peaceful productive space for meetings and events for up to 20 colleagues or friends. French doors leading to the patio offer natural light and its elegant stone fireplace accentuates its cozy demeanor.

River View Event Garden

Overlooking the Napa River, the River View Event Garden is a charming outdoor event site for 50-300 guests. A majestic ancient oak and a grove of coastal redwoods surround this venue at the river’s edge. Enjoy unforgettable festivities of any type: daytime picnics with stunning views of the Napa River nature preserve, or over the top dinners with lighted trees and decadent food and wine.

Outdoor Terrace

Boasting gorgeous views of the Napa River, the Outdoor Terrace is an intimate outdoor venue with a glowing fire pit and natural teak furniture along a low stone wall. The Outdoor Terrace is a unique setting for welcome receptions, cocktail parties, dinners, meeting lunches and breakout sessions for up to 50 people.
